As our ability to target paid media and deliver it across multiple platforms and channels has expanded exponentially—and continues to—so have the array of creative assets we now have at our disposal. And while tangible collateral still plays a role in many communications strategies, newer formats—like infographics and animations that, if very smart or very funny, can go viral—are increasingly vital. The challenge, one that can often only be overcome by a combination of research and experience, is to find the most efficacious vehicles for our clients’ most important messages.
